The Open Cheops Story

Jennis Strickland was born in 1943. He was 17 months old, and his Mother was 7 months pregnant with his sister when his Father was killed in WW ll. He later suffered a severe head concussion at age seven. He had migrated through virtually all of the organized church structures in his teens. All his life he has been the odd man out. Identified as a ‘non-conformist' at age 12. Most of his paranormal experiences occur on an involuntary basis. Over the decades certain paranormal phenomena has repeated itself, primarily as regards photographs.

His early life conforms to the scenario which has produced most of the shamans, seers, prophets, and psychics. Studies of those evidencing what is known as psychic, or paranormal abilities reveal one common factor. Such people inevitably had major disruptions in infancy and childhood that set them apart from what would be deemed a normal experience. They experienced major injury, disease, near death experiences, being orphaned and a host of other tragic anomalies that set them apart from normality. These people are different. Another word for different is special.

Starting at age 15, (1958) he was introduced to what is now called channeling by listening to tapes of a being called Yada d' Shi'ite, as channeled by the late Mark Probert of San Diego. This was the introduction into the world of transcendental consciousness, or mysticism.

Marilyn Carlson on the other hand is gifted with an entire spectrum of transcendent abilities. She is not only a psychic and a channeler; she also leads groups in astral projection, remote viewing, and remote group healing. As a certified hypnotherapist she has been drawn into the UFO arena by becoming a popular retrogresser among an increasing number of abductees. Her work in this field has been featured on nationally syndicated TV show. Marilyn does not publicize this very much mainly due to the ensuing interest by government investigators, which she finds a big nuisance.

The Hindu teaching on this is that those who find themselves in a lifetime having these experiences on an involuntary basis are simply evidencing the levels of mentation reached in previous incarnations, as spiritual development is cumulative from lifetime to lifetime. This is an explanation that seems to fit the case.

The Pyramids are frequently a lecture topic in psychic circles around the globe. The ancient Egyptian civilization lasted over 2,000 years. It is probable that most individuals currently incarnate have had multiple lifetimes as Egyptians. This of course, requires belief in re-incarnation.

As an aside to the Open Cheops story, and in order to put re-incarnation on a rational basis, we are repeating an explanation given by Swami Vivekananda in the 19th century. According to Vivekananda the theory of re-incarnation is more logical than its antithesis. The logic goes like this:

Which is more logical: That something which did not pre-exist its birth ( the soul,) and is finite in Time is able to produce something of greater nature that becomes infinite upon death by means of faith; or, is it more logical that that which is, and always has been infinite (the soul,) is able to produce something which is inherently finite ( a physical body.)but returns to its inner nature as it is naturally immortal?

The only possibility as the orientals see it is; that which is infinite has the capacity to produce that which is finite, but that which is finite has no power to create that which is infinite. To the oriental mind, the individual soul is simply returning to its own point of origin after having been enfolded in Time for a short duration. Under this concept death is nothing but life spaced out, or conversely, life is nothing but death spaced out. Both life and the death state are temporary conditions continually repeated by unawakened souls. Unawakened souls, by and large, enter upon 'death' and remain in what may be called dreamless sleep. In this state consciousness is still present, but awareness of the consciousness is absent. The vast majority of the people on the Earth fall into this category. They are continually reborn in the matter world of Time, Space, and Causation and until they come again as little children shall they return.

It is highly likely therefore that the latent memories of Egypt in most people had an experiential basis, however remote. This may be the main cause of Pyramid mania throughout the world.

Geographic exploration was a big thing in London in the 19th century. Stanley ‘found' Livingston. The source of the Nile was identified. ‘Geographic' societies sprang up everywhere. The pyramids were a major effort and the adventures of the explorers were reported as a matter of competition among British newspapers for readership. These stories became such a topic in the parlors of London that an editorial cartoon appeared deeming such enthusiasts to be "pyramidiots"

No doubt the members of the Open Cheops Committee qualify as such. But in addition to the paranormal sources, literally hundreds of books and articles have been read and collected by members of the Committee as an academic background. This is part of the over riding process of gathering that which has been scattered. People debate different facts and talk passed each other all the time. The point is that we all just happen to know different things, and it takes virtually all of these apparent differences to arrive at the truth.

ERROR NEVER LEADS TO TRUTH

It is therefore by a combination of academic study and mystic practice that is the basis for the Committee's efforts to see the Great Pyramid of Cheops re-opened.

A brief summary of the value added information obtained mystically is as follows: The Macrocosmic Pi formula came from a malfunctioning adding machine in 1987 [an error that only happened once.] This led to the re-discovery of the Macro-cosmic scale incorporated in both Time and Measure by the Great Pyramid of Cheops. Essentially this constituted the first scientific evidence that a Creator exists. No small feat and it belongs to the builders of Cheops. It also identifies the universal constant by which the Time and Distance may be calibrated: Pi.

The interior ramps came through clairsentience [hearing a discarnate thought] That the entrance to Cheops was in a ‘well' came on a Ouija board, the location of the Well came when my 10 year old daughter, Felicia, was asked to get one of our guides to show her where it was. Over an open map she looked up at the ceiling and plunged a pencil onto the map. Like an epiphany the location of the dot laid plain the entire layout of Giza. It only took being able to see with a certain eye.

Venturing to Giza in November of 1989, it only took five minutes to find the well. It was precisely as predicted on the Ouiji board. The other site lines were still in evidence (some of them have been intentionally obliterated since the first posting of this website.)

The Stargate City layout is from an old map scavenged from an abandoned house in Washington, D.C. in 1970. After having it displayed on the wall for 20 years I began seeing pentagram stars laid out by the streets of the city. Later, the Egyptian glyphs just popped out. Once again, this comes from being able to see with a different eye.

Regardless of the source, all the information that had been given has been verified with physical inspection.

That the information given remotely from the U.S. was verified by onsite inspection puts the mystic arts on a higher level of accuracy, and at least as credible as conventional archeological methods.

Right is right no matter how. But in a an arena controlled by leaders of the lost, the rational justifications for opening Cheops had to be created ipso facto. Archeologically sound reasoning had to apply. The presentation of the layout of the Giza Plain meets every academic standard, and is immenently inspectable as it is in plain sight, and open to the sky.

The archeological (or ideological, take your pick) leadership at the Supreme Council of Antiquties in Egypt claims interpretation rights to all things Egyptian. The SCA sees itself not only as the custodians of the ancient Egyptian monuments and artifacts, but also what may be said about them, and what may be thought, broadcast, or published about them by anyone else. They have even made prayer or meditation in the King's Chamber an illegal act!

No argument about the custodianship; but the sad fact is antiquities have gone into decay and decline more in the past 10 years than in the previous 4,500. (Proof of which is posted in this website) Dr. Hawass talks the talk and gets away without walking the walk.

In 1994 John Anthony West was taping a documentary presenting evidence that the erosion of the Sphinx and other areas at Giza was caused by water rather than sand and wind. Dr. Zahi Hawass, then in charge of Giza, charged in and stopped the taping while in progress on the basis that West's theory was ‘propaganda' rather than historical. Hawass thinks himself to be the feuhrer of thought control. Unfortunately it represents the mind set that is governing antiquities in Egypt.

Apparantly Dr. Zahi Hawass enforces an unwritten law that what he doesn't know or agree with is beyond the range of what is knowable per se, and does so in an unrestrained manner. He operates his department not only like a fiefdom, but also like a global dictator, with anything Egyptian his private proprietary domain as sole judge,jury, and executioner.

Judge his composure and demeanor by this photograph of the good Doctor just after the opening of Gattenbrink's door( broadcast in September of 2002.) It represents the real Dr. Hawass standing up. One wonders why the executive leadership in Egypt puts up with such an impolitic personality. Surely there must be other candidates with as much knowledge of archeology, but hosting better dispositions who can fill this position.

It is obvious that Dr. Hawass will obstruct any idea that either does not conform to what he thinks he knows, or which contradicts the basis for his own theories and reputation. He is someone who can dish it out, but can't take it. [ Note: Since the posting of this website, Dr. Hawass has reversed his lifelong position that Cheops is a tomb. So the worm has started its turn.]

But as the late President John Kennedy said:" The Battle, gentlemen, is for mens' minds. And that brings us to the internet.

The internet is an unstoppable medium for the free exchange of information and ideas such as has never been known before. The main thing Dr. Hawass is afraid of are ideas. But with the net it is possible to make an end run around his jurisdiction.

The Open Cheops Committee is putting verifiable hard evidence on the table which will withstand the scrutiny of all academic and scientific quarters. The archeological staff at Giza has called our scenario "The first new theory." We have already challenged Dr. Hawass to present some convincing evidence that the Great Pyramids were built as tombs for Pharaohs, or resign office. We do not think he is capable of making the case to justify the continuation of the tomb theory. We are asserting that our theories of a scientific basis for the construction of the Pyramids are superior to the religious theory scenario. In particular the Open Cheops interior ramp evidence sweeps away a large part of Dr. Hawass' reputation as an expert.

In addition we discovered and documented evidence in 2002 that indeed there is unreported, unofficial excavation going on at Giza and have the photographs to justify the assertion. Nothing more will be said pending the future posting of this section in order to prevent the culprits from pulling out and covering their tracks. But then again, if the perpetrators do cover up the evidence, it will be an admission of guilt, and proof the Giza administration does have something to hide as has been previously charged by others.
